gold extra is hiring
The cultural association gold extra, based in the city of Salzburg, is seeking an artistic staff member to work 9.5 hours per week, starting May 1. The position is temporary, ending September 30, 2026.
What to expect
You will actively contribute to the collective’s artistic projects, bring your own perspectives to the table, and participate in curatorial processes. This includes the conception, organization, and support of exhibitions, events, and collaborations in the fields of media art and interdisciplinary art forms. In addition, you will maintain and expand our network at the local and national levels.
What we are looking for
- Experience in artistic or curatorial work
- Organizational skills and reliability in day-to-day project work
- A strong network within the contemporary Austrian art and culture scene, or an interest in building one
- Ability to work in a team and take initiative
What we can offer
Employment based on the Fair Pay Scheme of the Association of Salzburg Cultural Sites (Level 5: Qualified, independent work). Classification based on experience.
