WE ARE is back for another round, and we’re excited to once again offer a colorful mix of workshops in Salzburg’s children’s and youth centers! Participation is free, and no registration is required.

Sound and Music in Games

Workshop with Paula Langthaler 

Sounds, tones, and music — the so-called soundscape — make digital games exciting and fun. Together with Paula and gold extra, find out how a game changes depending on its music and sounds, and try creating some of those sounds yourself.

Your Drawing Comes to Life – Create Your Own Computer Game

Workshop with Victoria Werner and Dominik Kerschbaumer

In this workshop with Victoria, Dominik, and gold extra, you can draw your own characters, objects, and puzzles, which will then be turned into a game. You’ll experience the creative process of game development up close and see your own ideas come to life. Through simple puzzles, you’ll learn about game mechanics and get to test your own self-made game directly.
