Studied acting at the Mozarteum Salzburg and choreography and new media at the School of New Dance Development in Amsterdam. From 2000 - 2012 performer, choreographer and dramaturg at the intersections of theatre, dance, media and public space. In addition to pieces for the stage, his work includes interactive media installations, computer games, anti-disciplinary laboratories and works in urban space.
Intensive work on artistic computer games since 2005, including Frontiers and From Darkness. In 2014 he founded Causa Creations for the commercial application of games and XR applications. 2017 Production of Path Out, the game was received worldwide and won many awards. 2018 he created the dystopian game theatre installation Vienna - All Tomorrows at the Vienna Volkstheater. In 2021 he created the game Gates of Aleppo, which was shown at festivals such as Amazefest Berlin and the International Documentary Festival Amsterdam. Since 2022 he has curated a short game publication series called Briefs.
He has taught at the Kunstakademie Nürnberg, Mozarteum Salzburg, Folkwang University of the Arts Essen and held a visiting professorship at the Royal Academy of Music and Drama in Glasgow. He currently teaches game design at the FH Wien BFI and the FH Wien WKO.
